The quality of action cameras has rapidly improved, catering to content creators and professional athletes for leisure and training purposes. As a sports enthusiast, airsoft player, and Gen y graw up playing FPS video games, I sought the best first-person FOV setup. Unsatisfied with insecure elastic straps and bulky helmet mounts, I designed a cap-mounted action camera solution for greater flexibility and comfort. Over the past year, QCAMGEAR has made numerous improvements based on feedback from various sport communities. Lately we introduced the QCAMGEAR Quick Detach lineup, which serves as both a cap and helmet mount. Its modular design allows users to customize their configuration and detach the camera frame to access screen settings while maintaining the mount angle on the cap.
