The membership coin, crafted from alloy for a premium, hefty feel, features the "Weesmoky" logo in relief on the front, alongside launch details and the amount produced. The back contains an NFC Anti-Metal Tag protected by clear resin. The coin is securely attached to the bottle neck by a two-part 3D-printed housing, fastened with a cable tie, and sealed with traditional wine bottle wax.
Designed for the Scotch whisky brand WeeSmoky, we use a 3D scanner to ensure a perfect fit for the two-part 3D-printed housing for the membership coin at the bottle neck, showcasing the logo. 3D printing allows for small batches, such as the 250 limited editions we produced. For secure and easy detachment, we include cable tie channels around the printed parts, a feature achievable only through 3D printing methods. The NFC chip faces the bottle, requiring the seal to be broken for authentication. The top portion of the bottle is sealed with soft wax, matching the WeeSmoky brand color. The wax only covers the 3D-printed parts and the part line, leaving the face of the coin visible.
